This hotel offers great value for money, with a convenient central location close to the slopes. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with three good-sized beds ideal for a family. Additionally, the breakfast selection is delicious and satisfying. I particularly liked the attention to detail in providing gluten-free options for guests with dietary restrictions.

I booked this hotel at the last minute based on its Booked.net review score of 8.2, sadly I didn't spend time reading the reviews which in no way reflected the score! The door lock was broken on the first room we were allocated and whilst we were provided with a second room straight away unfortunately it was on the top floor of the hotel. We were unable to stand up straight in nearly half of the room (and I'm only 5' 4"!), the window was tiny and could not be opened. The shower tray was the smallest I've ever seen and cracked. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so each time the shower was used the bathroom floor flooded. The shower head was broken and fell off completely during our stay. We paid the additional 10 euros per day for breakfast which turned out to be pre-packaged biscuits, bread and cake and a slightly sad looking 'fresh' croissant. The carpets in the communal areas were old, threadbare and smelly. Thank God we were only there for 2 nights. I cannot believe that the 3 star rating indicated truly reflects the little this hotel has to offer.

We will be back as everything met standards. We enjoyed Parma. Such tourist sights as pyrenees hyper-centre were next to the hotel. Free WiFi was working perfectly.

The bar at this place was fantastic, with delicious food and great people, and we absolutely fell in love with the area.

During my New Year's stay at a certain hotel, I really enjoyed the free wifi available throughout the hotel. It was very helpful to keep in contact with loved ones back home during the festivities. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to shops and bars. the breakfast included in the stay was filling and varied.
